Instead of just getting an animal or trophy being the goal, you are passing on important skills and a heritage. Whether your newcomer is young or old, you are also developing a relationship.

12 Year Old's Kansas Archery Deer Hunt
T.J. Burger, age 12, from Gardner, Kansas bagged a 9 point whitetail buck in Miami County, Kansas on his very first archery hunt on October 17th, 2008. Actually, it was his first ever official deer hunt!
